Business Intelligence Senior Analyst (Prefer Experience in BI Analyst, Database, BI Tools)

• Monitoring run rate and pipelines plan performance of sale and marketing – different channels and levels.
• Make up regular forecast/projection of sales and revenue momentum and alert respective sales/marketing heads for any corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and analysis of financial and operational metrics, to provide a 360 degree view point of the operation for the management team.
• Alert respective sales heads or top management if any risk on significant performance shortfall with gap analysis
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and analysis of financial and operational metrics, to provide a 360 degree view point of the operation for the management team.
• Alert respective sales heads or top management if any risk on significant performance shortfall with gap analysis
• Chase with channel head for gap filling actions base on the low light and high light points of channels.
• Study, explore and suggest to the MIS manager on new type of data analysis that helping management on making right decision in advance.
• Consolidate and/or compare external research report with internal report for management having global view of the market status.
• Play an active role in ad hoc cross functional projects as required
• Other duties and tasks are assigned according to the production and business demand of the Company.

Qualifications & Experience
- University/College degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
- Strong analytic skill.
- Experience in excel, SQL.
- Financial Services experience will be advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Executives.
- Strong persuasive skills — ability to gain consensus and convince others
- Telecom knowledge is a great asset.
