Our client - one of market leader in the Life Insurance is seeking for a Agency Business Intelligence with the roles:
- Develop an effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solution for Agency division with understanding of business needs and objectives.
- Oversee analytics projects to extract, manage and analyze sales data for Agency channel including support for sales planning, strategy and planning as well as for business decision such as incentives, compensations, recruitment, cross sales, contests, and MKT campaigns.
- Apply statistics and data modeling to gain actionable business insights and boost agent productivity and revenue.
- Communicate and track key performance metrics for AD.
- Identify business opportunities through data analytics.
- Manage cross-functional teams, review their performance and manage timeline.
- Generate reports of findings and present to senior management.
- Leading and develop a team of data analysts.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong at planning and strategy
- 3 - 5 years' experience in an Analytics Manager position for Life insurance company or similar role is required.
- Good at communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
- Proficient in business intelligence tools (SAS/ SQL/ …) and dashboards
