Business Intelligence

● Act as the bridge between our backend and analysts and work on data cataloguing/management
● Mine data and analytics at the customers/drivers level to gain a better understanding of their usage
behaviors as well as at city level to understand our business
● Develop dashboards that provide reliable insights and visualization into customers, drivers and channel
performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance.
● Propose the proper metrics and analysis for tracking and understanding current and future
experiments.
● Actively propose and conduct research/experiment using A/B or Multivariate Tests to identify business
problem as well as provide actionable insights to the team
● Present findings to senior management to drive business, ops and marketing decisions.
● Work closely with other functionality teams as well as production teams to identify and answer
important business questions.

● BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience. At
least 2 years of analytical and database experience. Data analytics or consulting experience is a plus.
● Excellent data visualization skills. Experience creating dashboard reporting in Tableau or a similar
visualization tool is a plus.
● Excellent programming skills in SQL and Python. R is a plus.
● Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Good knowledge of market research methodology is a plus
● Speed, resourcefulness and a go-getter attitude. Moving quickly and executing to allow for continual
iteration is a core qualification of our team.
● Someone who is willing to contribute new ideas and articulate them to a variety of stakeholders and not
just execute on existing ones
