Business Intelligence Director

Responsible for leading design and development activities related to enterprise data warehouses solutions for the organization.

Build up and improve BI application
1. Work with HODs to see business demand which using data to make decision.
2. Plan with the team to fulfil business demand and deliver the suitable report to solve business issues
3. Consult on strategy and make functional department using data effectively
4. Continuously get feedback to improve BI reports.

Improve BI environment
1. Plan to build up, update, give the access
2. Plan to solve app technical issues and report/ data set technical issues
3. Control performance of BI environment can be adapted with user demand with effective cost.

Data analysis and automated the business decision
1. Analysis of commercial and operational data to measure the effectiveness of company/departmental programs for decision making and to recommend for business improvement
2. By using BI apps and machine learning apps, consult functional departments to be data driven and make decision faster and better
3. Consult functional departments with the deep insights of the issues based on data
4. Catch up, design and brief on general the solution for issues

Control data security and integrity
1. Make sure on data security, people have the right access to the right reports.
2. Handle breakdown of BI environment and app to make data be right and updated
3. Plan to update reports and dataset as business changing

At least 5 year working experience at the same position/level

Essential Capabilities
1. SQL, relational data, highly analytical with a heavy emphasis on data mining and data visualization
2. Competency at least 1 BI application
3. Be logical, strong on analyzing, quick learning, presenting
4. Excellent communication skills, experience on working with functional departments
5. Have the deeply senses with numbers and business process
