Vietnam Investments Group is seeking a potential candidate for Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, working for VIG's project - a next-generation marketing and payment platform that connects market-leading brands with consumers through a simple-to-use, fully integrated and data-driven coalition loyalty program. The detail job descriptions are as below:
• Lead the development of and take ownership of our analytics and reporting environment
• Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, product teams) and our partners to gather business requirements for data
• Define technical specifications for databases to meet business requirements
• Develop reporting dashboards to support brands in tracking business metrics effectively
• Work with partner brands to conduct complex data analysis and drive business insights
• Cooperate with relevant IT teams to deploy data-related infrastructure, platforms, and tools
• Review and validate data as it is collected to ensure the integrity of data captured
• Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
• Create or discover new data collection, analytics, visualization, and modeling programs

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 2 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst or similar positions with direct experience in data analysis
• Strong understanding of different types of databases and their relevant use cases
• Experience in working with large datasets using SQL and common Business Intelligence applications (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiar with data modeling using programming language (e.g. Python, R) a strong plus
• Detailed oriented, excellent problem solving skills and ability to focus sharply on driving incremental value
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity and just-do-it attitude
• Ability to communicate complex business insights and influence others to drive results
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with requirement for occasional travel.
