Reporting to the BI & PMO Manager you will be responsible for :
• Collect data (both automation and manual), make reports using existing templates, or provide timely, relevant and accurate management reports for internal team and for clients
• Be responsible for coming up with new approaches to improve data collecting, data management, and data processing
• Take part in key projects / quantitative research to shape OnPoint strategy and its future, along with people inside it (from Corporate strategy to Functional strategy)
• Do analysis independently

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Good to have:
- Excellent skills and experience in using Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline to deliver great results
- Experienced in SQL/MySQL/Oracle is an advantage
- Experienced in programming language like VBA, Python, or R is a big plus
• Must have:
- High endurance;
- The right mindset: Be ready for a tough start-up environment; be passionate with problem-solving and creating new values; be willing to learn new things;
- Strong analytical mind and ability to effectively articulate information through complex data;
- Good communication & interpersonal skills;
- Strong attention to details;
