Business Insights Team Leader (1 for Team Leader 1 for Executive)

This role will drive sales force performance & provide insightful analysis for sustainable business growth of Zuellig Pharma Vietnam (ZPV) & our pharmaceutical clients.

• Prepare data for Business Review with clients
• Reports (Productivity, Active Customer, Agent evaluation)
• Maintain the Sales Matrix (Customer coverage, New Area Creation, BU Reorganization..)
• Coordinate with IT the Sales Report routine for Sale Staff up on request.
• Calculate Incentive and sales contest for Sales staffs
• Maintain the ISO procedure
• Product Info Book and Product List Maintenance
• Customer Classification
• Provide report upon Sales Manager, BUMs, DSS request.

• University graduate of Finance/ Business Administration
• 1 - 2 years up at a similar role at multinational companies, especially in Pharmaceutical & Distribution.
• Capable of information collection & analysis
• Commercial acumen – and ability to work with Marketing Managers/Product Managers to understand the context of the numbers
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Excel or data analytics tools
• Strong English ability
