This role will drive sales force performance & provide insightful analysis for sustainable business growth of Zuellig Pharma Vietnam (ZPV) & our pharmaceutical clients .
1. Scope of work:
• Lead 3 direct-reports Business Insight analysts
• Provide internal sales force performance tracking & business analysis for routine review with Pharmaceutical Clients
• Manage & develop automated sales reports on Tableau
• Support Region in offering data insight to Clients (including charged & free-of-charge data)
• Key contact of Sales & Commercial leading projects to improve sales data & reporting systems
2. Detailed by Work-streams:
2.1. Internal Sales performance & SFE reports
• Manage central sales matrix (customer & product mapping to field-force
• Planning sales target and cascade sales KPIs to field-force
• Sales incentive KPIs and best sales performer tracking
• Sales motivation programs for BU
• Assist SFE Manager to prepare Scheme & Incentive pay-out
• SFE Dashboard (call completion, on-field coaching)
2.2. Business Planning & Analyst
• Monthly/ Quarterly Business Review with clients
• Handling on client special reports and client request/ Q&A on data and insights
• Support APAC Region Analytical team on data selling (providing local data insight and assist Region to meet customers)
• Other Business planning tasks.
2.3. Manage Tableau to provide automated sales reports
• Manage Tableau Database and online reporting platforms
• Responsible for automated reports on-time, in full, 100% accurate
• Key contact of sales and commercial working with IT & regions
• Build and develop Tableau reports
• Projects building automated internal reports

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduation University of Economics, Information Systems, Finance. MBA is preferable.
• Experienced in managing a team of business analysts
• Strong experiences in providing data services & business insight to high ranking officers, prefer in Pharmaceutical industry
• Prefer having experiences participating in managing automated report system, similar to Tableau
• Prefer having experienced in sales performance tracking, incentive calculation
• Expert in English, Excel & Powerpoint
• Strong Project management & leadership skills (including upward management)
• Experienced in managing a team of business analysts
• Strong experiences in providing data services & business insight to high ranking officers, prefer in Pharmaceutical industry
• Prefer having experiences participating in managing automated report system, similar to Tableau
• Prefer having experienced in sales performance tracking, incentive calculation
• Expert in English, Excel & Powerpoint
• Strong Project management & leadership skills (including upward management)
