Mô tả công việc
1. Functional Business Objectives (FBOs)
The Business Engagement Manager's mission is to establish LEEP as the key fitness networking app in Viet Nam by:
Presenting a strong brand image by facilitating immediate communication between Engagement Teams and LEEP
Implementing systems for regular collection of user feedback and ongoing analysis for use in refinement of future releases
2. Key Responsibilities and Critical Drivers
55% Fitness Professional Engagement
1. [Establish points of contact for initial launch in each subsequent area of operations]
2. [Work to establish initial user base in each successive target market]
3. [Recruit/Hire/Train Local Engagement Teams of local influencers in each new area of operations]
4. [Provide systems for regular collection and compilation of general feedback from users (Professionals and Enterprises)]
5. [Serve as primary ambassador for LEEP throughout launch phase]
Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
[Research target markets to identify top freelancers, top fitness chains, existing fitness networks and present report two weeks prior to launch detailing proposed POCs]
[Determine potential user base in target markets, set clear monthly percentage goals for engagement/sign-ups with an ultimate goal of 50% by end of launch phase]
[Immediately identify key influencers in new areas of operation, begin aggressive recruitment with a goal of 3-5 freelance fitpros, 1-3 enterprise affiliates, and 1-3 fitness networks by end Month 1]
[Establish and report on weekly meetings with Engagement Teams for collection of feedback, discussion of proposed features]
[Present a strong brand image by actively engaging with local fitness community, organize and facilitate 1-3 free fitness events or classes per week throughout launch phase]
30% Team Management
1. [Establish and oversee standards and procedures for freelance Engagement Teams]
2. [Collaborate with Enterprise leadership to assign internal Engagement Teams from existing staff]
3. [Coordinate with Engagement Team members to organize and facilitate promotional events]
4. [Implement systems and standards for use by Engagement Team in onboarding of new fitpros and generation of content]
Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
[Generate procedural documents and submit for approval by LEEP leadership 2 weeks prior to launch, provide approved documents to Engagement Team members upon recruitment]
[Meet with POC's for Enterprise users, provide and discuss established procedures at signup, identify Engagement Team candidates]
[Leverage facilities occupied by Engagement Team members for holding weekly classes to boost awareness, set standards for prospective users]
[Provide dashboards for individual areas of operation towards the purpose of real-time status updates and weekly reporting by Engagement Team]
15% Fitness Consultancy
1. [Maintain the highest level of knowledge with regard to fitness science and industry trends.]
2. [Collaborate with other departments on concept/design of proposed features]
3. [Compile feedback to provide robust inputs from user base]
Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
[Attend no less than two relevant training courses per year.]
[Participate in all meetings throughout conceptual phase, provide support as needed]

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3-5 years+ experience working as a personal trainer or managing a PT department
- One or more internationally-recognized certifications, preferably up-to-date (NASM, ACSM, or equivalent)
- Expertise in all areas of professional knowledge inherent to personal training (training methodologies, nutrition, program design, etc.)
- Broad, up-to-date knowledge of current fitness trends
- Appearance/Image which reflects a strong commitment to personal fitness
- Familiarity with current tech applications regarding fitness (mobile apps, wearable tech, fitness tracking software)
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Strong written/spoken English language skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with public speaking, presentations
- High level organizational/team management skills
- Strong confluence of strategic planning and improvisational problem solving skills
- Self-starter, capable of working well both as an individual and as head of a team with a high
