Business Development Supervisor (Urgent)

This position will mostly focus in using data analyzing skills to develop logistics solutions for different product verticals to suit varied customer’s demand. Apart from that, this position will handle some key account management activities for a selected group of accounts. This position requires interests in logistics and capabilities to act in customer-centric manner.
Conduct the financial & accounting operations of the organization. Areas of:

1. Solution Design (70%)
- Collect supply chain network design data from internal and external customers;
- Analyze supply chain network design data and propose suitable solutions for in-country services (mainly warehousing and transportation); Being able to design warehouse layout is a plus point;
- Coordinate with Operations Excellence team and/or other teams to build up the solution and needed materials for business development proposal;
- Computing costs for the proposed solution based on standard template in a timely manner;
- Build up proposal presentation based on the proposed solution and be able to present the presentation to internal and external customers.

2. Account Management (30%)
- Analyze assigned customers’ operational data to understand key operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to propose solution;
- Monitor operations KPIs of assigned accounts and alert to operations leaders to improve if downtrend occurs;
- Prepare materials for monthly/quarterly/on-demand meeting with customer;
- Coordinate with Customer Service or Administration team to arrange the necessaries for customer’s visit;
- Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients and identify potential business opportunity for company.

* Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor degree
- At least 2 years experienced in logistics and supply chain
- Good at Microsoft Office; Being able to use computer-aided design applications (such as AutoCAD) to draw warehouse layout is a plus point
- Good English communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Good communication, presentation and time management skills
- Customer orientation, teamwork
