Business Development Staff (Up to 1000$)

• Study Product and Service offered by Banks/ Payment Institution. Become an expert on business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
• Basic understanding of the Finance industry, with the ability to become a Financial expert on the job
• Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose data/ equipment-based solutions.
• Study existing bank policies / products / financial institutions in foreign markets and domestic competitors to propose the development of new products that can be adapted to the company.
• Building and developing new business products campaign, drafting policies related to corporate customers based on survey result.
• Update European legal documents, regulation and draft guidelines on financial services & risk management in accordance with laws and business strategies.
• Prepare, organize programs to launch new products, perform public relations activities for product development as assigned by the Department's leaders.
• Support global customers and partners. Check partner emails every day and answer their questions about our services, quotes, or related things. Build strong relationships with partners

• A bachelors in Business, Finance, Payment Services, or Banking.
• At least one-year experience in financial advisory, sale staffs in Financial field or Banking staff.
• Ability to communicate with customers in English for both writing and speaking (intermediate level or higher).
• Able to work under high pressure environment, with multiple of clients and projects concurrently.
• Telesales/Marketing experience is preferable.
• Knowledge of Payment Gateway is a big plus.
