Business Development Staff

- Research, establish and develop relationship with prospective clients;
- Maintain and enhance relationship with existing clients;
- Present and promote company’s products/services to clients via multi channels (live chat, email, phone);
- Provide assistance on information and guidance to meet client’s need
- Respond and handle client’s queries and problems in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and recommend solutions for any issues
- Manage and update client database
- Submit daily / weekly reports to supervisor

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Relevant experience in related fields is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome also)
- Full-time position available
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skill (both in writing and speaking Vietnamese/English)
- Can-do and willing-to-learn attitudes.
- Problem solving skill
- Proficient in using computer and internet.
