The successful candidate is expected to possess the right entrepreneurial spirit and perseverance to develop and implement a profitable & sustainable CT growth strategy. His/Her role will become an integral part of the sales process with the customer centers specifically targeting Korean companies.
Ensure that related sales targets will be met in terms of unit sales, volume, and revenue generation.
Maximize sales of all CT Products to current and new customers through a relentless sales prospecting activity focus towards the assigned market sectors and/or territory.
Mission:
- You are expected to support and develop both internal and external channels who are responsible to sell CT products to Korean companies and recommend appropriate actions necessary to increase our chances of securing all possible deals
: Internal: working through other departments (logistic, technical, customer service & accountant)
: External: support to liaise with Korean distributors, customers and partners as requested
- Sales targets met (units sales targets, volume targets, revenue generation targets)
- Tele. marketing and then make new Korean customer lists to maximize Korean market share
- Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with Korean distributors
- To take responsibility all sales activities after got the order for machine
- All of CT products promoted / exposed to the market with equal opportunity
- Existing customers taken well care of, so the will become loyal customers
- You are expected to visit customers together with existing sales team and distributors (if any) in order to have greater understanding of the customer and to speed-up the building a good & mutual business relations between the customer and Atlas Copco.
- You must have up to date information on Korean competitors, sales arguments and available tools are available at all times.

Experience requirements
- Experience: At least 02-year experience in selling industrial equipment and must have strong ability to close orders.
- The ideal mature candidate has a proven track record in sales to Korean customers with good understanding of the Korean culture and norms.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of the compressed air industry and its applications is an advantage.
- Fluent in Korean language and English is a must, while other languages will be an asset.
- Skills: Computer literacy in MS Office (Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Educational requirements
Education: University Degree. An engineering degree is preferable or equivalent knowledge gained from experience.
Personality requirements
- We are looking for a result -driven, radiant personality who has strong leadership skills with the capability to interact with enthusiasm to the top management of Korean customers organizations.
- Good communication skills with the ability to make technical presentations.
- You combine a strong personality with the ability to work as part of a team.
- You have a very strong customer-oriented attitude.
Country and city description
The position is based in Binh Duong, Vietnam and will report directly to the Regional Business Development Manager of Compressor Technique
