Business Development Representative (Japanese)

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
　Responsibilities:
• Plan & organize sales activities to achieve sales target
• Implement sales activities, introduce product/service to find and convince customer
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
• Finding, expand the company's customer network
• Support Marketing team to conduct market/competitors researches to propose effective business strategies.

Skill Requirement:
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, B2b Sales
• Negotiation skills and customer search, customer care
Experience Requirements:
• Fluent in Japanese (N3 or N2 )
• Experience with Digital Marketing or Sales is highly preferable;
• Being knowledgeable or interested in business;
• Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills;
• Agile, energetic and hardworking;
• New graduates/ junior staff are also welcome.
