Mô tả công việc
Working closely with staff across departments to implement business development plans
Assisting with internal meetings for business development purposes, including arranging staff calendars, preparing supporting documents and taking notes during meetings
Preparing meeting materials, seminar presentations and other business development materials
Arranging events to support business development, including arranging logistics with vendors, inviting potential clients, paying vendors, and following up after the events
Creating internal marketing communications including flyers and animations
Updating various sales databases promptly
Conducting initial market research
Monitoring inventory such as brochures, flyers, folders and other materials for business development purposes

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Media, Economics or a related field
2-3 years' relevant work experience in business development or a similar field, preferably in a multinational environment
Good written and spoken English
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
Strong organization and project management skills
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
Fluency in Chinese/ Japanese/ Korean is an advantage
2-3 years' relevant work experience in business development or a similar field, preferably in a multinational environment
Good written and spoken English
