Business Development/marketing & Communication (Bdmc) Officer

PwC Vietnam is looking for a Business Development/Marketing & Communication (BDMC) officer to be based out of our Ho Chi Minh office. This is open to entry level graduates or candidates with working experience. The role of a BDMC officer is to support in the development and implementation of business growth initiatives that are in line with the firm’s objectives.

The candidate will be exposed to a wide array of work areas including the below:

1. Key Accounts Program (KAP):
- Coordinate key account meetings to identify opportunities in winning work and/or building relationships;
- Drive outcomes through action points followup; monthly progress updates to Partner and account team;
- Share best practice materials, market insights for the account team to use as their engagement tool.

2. Research insights: As and when required, work to:
- Conduct client/sector research as part of market development or proposal facilitation;
- Support preparation of material for different communication channels (ie. external speaking events, leadership meetings, business plan meetings etc);
- Help research material that will be part of PwC knowledge publications

3. Support in other BDM&C priority areas:
- Support in implementing key projects such as Pursuit (Sales methodology), SalesForce (Sales pipeline and information management), client feedback, focused industries etc.
- Provide assistance on other BDM&C activities e.g. events, profiling activities, review of articles or thought leadership etc

Requirements:
- Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related majors.
- Experience: Fresh graduate or experienced working in similar areas

Desired skills:
- Good in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent business English (written and spoken).
- Ability to do research information and analyse basic financial data
- interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong writing and analytical skills
