Reporting to: Director of Business Development
Role overview: The primary purpose of this role is to:
• Raise the profile of Jio Health
• Develop and grow Jio Health’s enterprise network or corporate customers
• Increase sales of Jio Health’s services
We are at a pivotal point in our development, and therefore the successful candidate will be strategic with an entrepreneurial mind-set, adaptable and able to juggle competing and changing
priorities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy:
• Develop and execute the Jio Health’s business development strategy
• Develop the branding strategy for Jio Health
• Identify and develop Jio Health’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

2. New Business Development:
• Research and prospect for new potential business customers to ensure a robust pipeline of engagements within each market
• Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
• Identify and cultivate relationships with the decision influencers and decision makers within potential prospect organizations
• Successfully communicate Jio Health's business offerings to top-level executives or corporate’s decision makers and work closely with CEO in final sales closings
• Develop the systems and procedures to enable the effective execution of new business development
• Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Jio Health’s ambitious growth.
• Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
• Collaborate with CEO, Head of Sales, Head of Marketing to develop and execute business, marketing and sale plans for current and new markets
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying corporate’s strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating corporates’ and partners' needs and goals.
• Analyzed client consumers, competitors, market and trends through market research, Google analytics and other resources
• Other tasks as assigned by CEO
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

3. Management:
• Manage programs, pipelines, projects and budgets
• Monitor, analyze and forecast sales targets

• Prepare analytical and performance reports as required for management purposes
• Prepare, negotiate and manage contracts related to the team, ensuring compliance with strategic objectives, internal policies and legal obligations
• Identify, monitor and manage risks related to the team and the company

4. Client Management:
• Maintain relationship with high-profile or decision makers of the current business customers by scheduling regular calls and meeting
• Encourage business development team to also maintain execution level personnel at the current business customers

5. Leadership:
• Develop and inspire a team to implement the strategy and to achieve objectives and targets
• Ensure all team members represent Jio Health in the best light
• Undertake training and mentoring to business developers and other staffs

Additional Expectations
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Jio Health’s services and products
• Participate in strategy reviews, strategy development and the operationalization thereof
• Serve cross-functionally in the execution of programs and projects
• Carry out such other reasonable duties as may be required by the CEO

Changes to Responsibilities
• The CEO may amend responsibilities from time to time in line with the changes in the organization’s strategy, structure and role.

• Observe Jio Health’s Employee Policy Manual
• Adhere to Jio Health’s Development Principles

• Adhere to the requirements of Jio Health’s Intellectual Property Policy and relevant Data Protection legislation
• At all times to work in a manner that ensures the health and safety of the post- holder, other staff, colleagues and visitors to Jio Health’s premises.

Other Requirements
• The post is based in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam and involves travel both within Viet Nam and internationally
• The post-holder will work as part of a team where constructive co-operation and communication are of particular importance

Only accept Local and Preffer Corporate Banking or Medical Advisor Background.

Education
- Essential: A Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Preferable: An MBA or equivalent market/business development qualification

Experience
- Essential: Consolidated experience working in a senior marketing, sales, business development role within start-up, social or commercial enterprise organizations, managing teams engaged in marketing, communication, sales, and business development.
- Preferable: The above including knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. An extensive network of business customers. A proven track record of sales or raising significant value/income.

• Excellent sale and marketing strategy skills with a proven track record of success
• Excellent prospecting, networking, persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (including presentations) in both English and Vietnamese
• High level of computer literacy, including word-processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and the Internet
• Excellent project management, logistics and customer relations skills
• Excellent planning, organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent people management skills with a track record of successful team management
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels in a wide range of organizations
Desirable
• Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in managing medical clinic, hospital, pharmacy

Compensation Package
• Salary: Competitive, negotiable depending on experience
• Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam
• Hours: Normal office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
• Additional: work is normally arranged in line with job responsibilities
• Annual Leave: 12 days plus National holidays
• Contract: 1 year
• Probation: 2 months
