Mô tả công việc
Define and participate to the elaboration of dedicated sales campaign and/or Go to Market approach to support the development of the trade lane
Liaise with overseas KN Sales Teams to jointly develop business on assigned trade lanes
Generate new business in the assigned territory for Overland product category as per targets set by company
Actively build customer portfolio
Ensure customers service levels are met
Your tasks and responsibilities
Maintain and steer communication with overseas KN Sales team for the development of selected customers
Actively participate in OL product development and
Achieve sales targets as set by the company
Arrange sales calls with customers promoting products and generating new business Support other product sales when opportunity appears
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up sales orders, managing complaints and ensuring smooth co-operation with operational departments
Support collection of receivables
Ensure respecitve reporting is done accurately and timely in company information systems
Gain deep understanding of the market and feedback on current trends and competitor activities
Follow company working procedures

* Your skills and experiences
Vietnamese nationality
A Bachelor degree in any related fields from a recognized university
At least 5 years of experience in Logistics Industry and at least 3 years of experience as Sales Position Problem solving: Customer complaint; A/R collection support Foreign Trade knowledge
Professional customer care
Consultative skill
Overland logistics knowledge (Trucking, Cross Border)
Possess Marketing knowledge and skills
Work in a team and teambuilding skill
Build up relationship with internal and external
Presentation and Microsoft Office skills
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Clear target setting and well working plan
Willing to frequently visit customers in provinces
Can-do attitude.
