Mô tả công việc
1. Manage Sales Recruitment Process by working together with Head division and Corporate HR.
2. Prospect for Potential new clients and turn this into increased business cooperate with Bussines Development director
3. Cooperate with product manager for updating product presentation and application knowledge
4. Identify potential clients
5. Research and build realationships with new clients
6. Present new product and services and enchance existing realtionships.
7. working with technical staff to meet customer needs.
8. Arrange and particapate in internal and external client debriefs
9. Working at Vietnam 1 - 2 weeks /month

Desirable Background and Experience:
• Qualification: Candidate must process at least bachelor degree in social science/sosiology, commerce, marketing, mass communication, psychology or equivalent
• Required Languange(s): English and Mandarin
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s) : Marketing Communication, cold calling, selling
Desirable Characters:
• Gender: Any
• Age: Around 27s-35s
• National: Vietnamese
• Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in English, Mandarin and Vietnamese
• Good at building relationship with a track record of influencing and motivating others
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and see the big picture.
• Flexible, approachable, self-motivated and proactive
