Mô tả công việc
1. Proactively engages with new prospects in Warehousing and Trucking related activities to drive revenue growth and product strategies.
2. Collaborate with the Operation and Solutions team to create customer agreement presentations
3. Maintain sufficient potential customers’ pipeline as targeted.
4. Develop new markets in line with the sales strategy.
5. Develop long-term customer relationships, and work with customers on supply chain solutions.
6. Ensure the company achieves and maintains contracts, improves revenue and profit whilst balancing customer requirements and ensuring contracts are commercially positive.
7. Improve the company’s professional image and raise the company awareness in the market.
8. Negotiate with the customers for new potential business or renewals.
9. Maintain proper filing of potential customer and existing client records in Sugar, (Rhenus CRM).
10. Collect necessary information to assess credit worthiness and help enforce agreed payment terms.
11. Prepare sales and marketing plans according to his/her targets.
12. Other jobs assigned by General Manager Vietnam – Warehousing and Domestic Distribution
- HCM office: 33 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, Dist 1, HCMC
- Binh Duong office: C2 Street No. 17 -18, Song Than 2 Industrial Zone, Di An,Binh Duong, Vietnam

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
2. Positive attitude is a must.
3. Strong negotiation and good presentation skills.
4. Ability to see the “Big Picture” and quickly reach an understanding of client’s business requirements.
5. Strong research skills and service orientation and related skills.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Willing to travel and meet the customers.
8. Strong computer literacy - MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Logistics modeling tools, routing and scheduling packages.
*** Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree, background in Logistics preferably or Business Management or Marketing.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Logistics industry is a must.
