**In Brief:
We are looking for talented person who can operate independently, move fast, and get things done to help us aggressively acquire and build strategic relationships with merchants and drive revenue. We want people who love being challenged and are excited by the idea of joining our growing Food delivery team and doing what it takes to win. If this sounds like you – read on!

**Responsibilities:
● Merchant acquisitions: defined & design merchant acquisition strategy to continuously explore, do networking and hunting for potential merchants to get them in our platform. Build models to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of merchant acquisition.
● Develop personal relationships to develop and maintain relationships with merchants. Develop negotiation strategies (examining risks and potentials, estimating partners' needs and goals, etc.) and navigate complex negotiations and close million-dollar deals with top merchants in the market.
● Relationship building: continuously engage our merchants and listening to their needs, feedbacks, and stay in close communications. Perform administrative tasks such as prepare forms, contracts, and agreements to complete merchant’ requirements
● Cross-functional relationship: Work with our product, operations to make sure merchants have smooth onboarding and the best possible experience
● Managing team performance: You will be most likely working with a team from a very early stage. It’s crucial to help build the team, tools and processes needed to acquire, retain and grow our merchant BD team

Yêu cầu ứng viên

● Minimum of 3 years working experiences, with over 1 years leading a team, in sales and marketing, F&B or within a start-up/ technology/ FMCG/ fast emerging MNC
● Passion for food delivery business. E-commerce and mobile app knowledge is a plus
● Ability to define business process and propose improvement initiatives
