Mô tả công việc
*Job Summary
In this role, the BD Manager will be responsible for developing new business to grow market share to meet sales target in the assigned territory, increasing revenue, using the budget efficiently, training and developing staff, improving the quality of customers service according to the company’s plan.
*Main Responsibilities
- Actively approach potential targets in CMES’s client portfolio: factories, hospitals, schools….to develop rooftop solar project for CMES.
- Independently source for new targets to develop rooftop solar project.
- Conduct market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc..) to consult BOM for Sale Strategy.
- Negotiating contracts with clients (terms, conditions, payment method & schedule).
- Following up on monthly sales forecast & payment schedule and achieve sale targets (is a must).
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and educating clients on solar energy project.
- Managing relationships with existing clients.
- Reporting directly to BD Director/ COO.
- Conduct monthly /quarter /yearly report.
- Other tasks assigned by management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
*Education:
- Degree in engineering, business administration, economics or similar.
*Language :
- English proficiency, additional languages such as Korean, Japanese is a plus.
*Related experiences:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, priority is given to candidates with experience & knowledge of the renewable energy industry, solar project & extensive sales experience (industrial sales, project sales, deal sales).
- Strong network across industrial zones & experienced working with FDI companies (especially with Korean or Japanese companies).
- Experience in managing customers or driving business performance as a sales manager or business development manager.
- Excellent communication skills (in Vietnamese or English or Japanese or Korean) and able to present themselves well in front of clients.
*Additional Notes:
- Willing to travel as requested.
- Working and living in Vietnam.
*Salary: 30 – 60 Mil. VND Gross, based on the ability & experience.
*Benefit and incentive: Car, sales incentive scheme, business entertainment budget.
