Mô tả công việc
• Plan, drive and execute sales activities to increase product penetration and achieve sales and margin targets.
• Achieve or exceed Sales Budgets and Gross Margin Budgets
• To achieve or exceed Sales Budgets and Gross Margin Budgets.
• To Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• To take responsible developing new business and negotiating commercial contracts with existing and potential new clients
• To follow all Business Development practices and procedures
• To maintain a strong network of contacts and associates within the industry and undertake all necessary socialization, meetings and event attendance to build and maintain industry connections
• To identify, qualify and sell to relevant customers and prospects, focusing on product/market applications consistent with Company guidelines.
• To develop and maintain close contact with relevant customer companies, ensure good business relationships between both parties, and promote a positive image of the Company.
• To recommend and implement selling tactics that will ensure that Company supply share is maintained and improved in relevant customers.
• To ensure the Company has the opportunity to quote for all relevant new packaging requirements, and for existing requirements where a real possibility exists for a change in supply status, where these requirements are within Company capabilities and consistent with sales guidelines.
• To ensure supply proposals or quotations are presented to customers and prospects in an appropriately creative and professional manner and consistent with Company sales guidelines. If unsuccessful, Sales Executive to ensure that they do a follow up by requesting for a meeting in 6 months’ time.
• To ensure high levels of customer service through proper planning and management of inventories, consistent with company budgets.
• To maintain debtors and aged stock within company budget.
• To maintain an awareness of movements and developments within all industries (and competitors) associated with our Company’s products.
• To liaise with customer, Production and Marketing personnel to ensure smooth supply continuity, negotiating best compromise where necessary.
• To collect, collate and disseminate information to the Country Manager in relation to competitor activity, market information, market trends and products development.
• Create Account Plans and conduct regular reviews against objectives for strategic customers agreed with Sales Manager.
• Ensure all transactions and dealings on behalf of Detpak are made in accordance with all Company policies and procedures including Cash on Delivery (CODs), Customer Stock Holding and Pricing Guidelines (Price List, Price Deviation and Print Rate Supplements).
