Business Development Manager (Packaging Solutions- Open for Expatriate)

Our Customer is a global leader in labeling and packaging materials and solutions. They are expanding the business in Vietnam, especially in the North and looking for a BD Manager/Sales Manager based around Hanoi with the scope of the job as below:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Executes selling activities to grow customer accounts (factories and vendors) and acquire new local accounts
• Develops market intelligence
• Identifies and generates sales prospects and be accountable for developing the relationship with these prospects
• Work with other sales teams to identify opportunities, issues and provides support to ensure Company and customer success
• Supports in customer training and proposes new solutions/programs help Employer competitive advantage in the market

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
• University graduate
• Minimum 5 years B2B-sales experience, preferably packaging industry
• Evidence in achieving sales targets and business development
• Independent and self-driven
• Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin) skills
• Able to handle and control challenging negotiations
• Good problem-solving skills and have strong Risk Management
• Proactive and result-oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Actively participates in projects assigned and complete tasks in a timely manner
