Mô tả công việc
• Develop and implement annual business plans to grow sales for assigned area and to achieve sales targets consistent with the Business Plan.
• Achieve a minimum of 15% annual sales growth within portfolio. Accomplish objectives while maintaining gross profit margin
• Prospect and coordinate activities to close new accounts.
• Retain, penetrate and grow existing customers
• Support to ensure the Nalco Water division achieve business objectives within assigned area by growing existing and adding select new business where deemed a void is present
• Conduct sales calls with Sales Associates for business opportunities.
• Promote sales through customer training seminars.
• With a focus on maintaining and building customer satisfaction, perform a thorough review of each client’s premises relative to Ecolab’s services provided; discuss with contact any issues/questions/concerns.
• Resolve any outstanding issues between the customers and Ecolab field sales associates.
• Manage expense budget and meet days-sales-outstanding (DSO) target.
• Manage receivables, pricing policies, marketing programs, training initiatives and other relationship maintenance issues.
• Manage new product listings, joint Ecolab incentive programs and assist with the resolution of challenges

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor of Chemistry, Engineering or Sciences
• Prior experience in the Nalco Water industry is preferred
• Good technical background and understanding of Customer’s manufacturing processes
• Experience managing others either directly or indirectly
• Customer service orientation
• Min. 5 years of B2B sales experience with a large, international, matrixed organization
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively
• Strong customer service skills with ability to develop relationships
• Possess initiative in undertaking assignments and/or solving problems
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment.
• English communication TOEIC 750 (written and verbal) skills.
• Good Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power-Point, email).
• Prior experience in the Nalco Water industry is preferred
