*** About the role:
We are seeking an energetic and ambitious individual with civil engineering/survey training and experience to take a challenging and progressive step in their career. Using your market sector knowledge, you will apply personal initiative to identify, develop and maximize revenue opportunities across all service lines for our Site Characterization and Asset Integrity business lines.
Working closely with the in-country project delivery team and the regional business delivery team you will contribute to the development of market strategies and take responsibility for their implementation, manifest in the growth of profitable revenue, customer base and revenue backlog.

*** Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* Abilities:
• Engineering or survey qualification (or equivalent experience), coupled with not less than 5 years
relevant work experience in a business development/sales role in construction, infrastructure, utility or engineering role.
• Strong understanding and experience in a range of construction and infrastructure business sectors
• Good ability to understand and capitalize on Fugro’s matrix structure corporate organization, market position and technical expertise
• Proficiency in Lead to Contract development activities
• Enthusiasm and ability to convert opportunities into profitable revenue generation
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
* Personal Character:
• Team spirit and enthusiasm to make a full contribution to a dynamic, global work environment
• Inquisitive mindset and willingness to challenge, debate and contribute to change
• Strong cross-cultures awareness
• Committed to their own personal development and that of others
• Willingness to undertake regular national travel and occasional international travel
• Personable, client-facing manner
• Dedication and self-discipline to meet delivery deadlines
In addition to the above, the following would be viewed favorably:
• Additional language skills
• Particular expertise in key sectors or services
