Mô tả công việc
• Finding new potential customers owned forwarding companies and factories
• Increasing the support from our existing customers with their request.
• Ultimate problem solver for customers/overseas partners/local offices;
• Managing and operating the Sales Department running smoothly; Recruiting & developing and training sales team;
• Ensure Execution of Daily Operation
• Deal and negotiate with customs officials during customs clearance and post customs clearance directly on problem shipments.
• Create strategic plan and optimize business performance
• Acquire and nurture relationships with potential customers and key partners
• Negotiate and close deals with clients
• Manage, train and motivate team members to make sure implementations meet KPI.
• Corporate with internal teams to suggest for Ship60’ improvements
• Participate in BOD to define business strategy
• Report directly to CEO

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- +2 year’ experience as manager or higher
- Strong problem solving skill
- Strong leadership, ability to training & coaching
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Self driven and with strong spoken and written communication skills
- Budget planning and compliance orientation
- Get sales target every months.
- English communication proficiency
- Must be between Age 25~35 years
