Job Description:
Business Development:
• Implement partner strategy and plan that supports the Market Development strategy and drive incremental revenue to UnionPay that creates value for acquirers and issuers alike. Strong focus on traditional payment tools and the market roll out of new product initiatives, e.g. ecommerce, remittance.
• Contribute towards developing strategic business plans through the provision of appropriate account and market intelligence and, to take responsibility for implementation of these specific action plans to support overall relevant strategy.
• New business development to expand UnionPay card acceptance at new merchant segments and execute merchant marketing programs to drive usage at new merchant segments.
• Partner with key internal functions, to identify new business opportunities and product ideas that enable Merchants to customize products and solutions to best support their strategy.
• Develop strong internal relationships within UnionPay to enable acquiring and issuing business and broader value chain to achieve their business goals and differentiate UnionPay from its competitors.
Marketing:
• Support the overall UnionPay brand direction (in alignment with business objectives) set for local market.
• Work with Regional Marketing and Branding team to propose budget and expected achievements of branding & marketing programs to support UnionPay business.
• Work with media, creative, PR & other agencies appointed to support branding & marketing activities in local Market.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cards payment industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in related discipline.
• Solid experience in business development in the local market, preferably in cards and/or payment industry, with demonstrated success of driving profitable business growth.
• Good analytical skills and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and highly motivated.
• English proficiency and local language proficiency is highly desirable; Mandarin will be a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in related discipline.
• Solid experience in business development in the local market, preferably in cards and/or payment industry, with demonstrated success of driving profitable business growth.
