- Starberry is seeking a Business Development Manager to focus on new businesses within the Business Development team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growing revenue engine of Starberry’s business by driving key strategic deals. The ideal candidate will have experience with strategic negotiations and analysis, along with a highly-attuned product sense.
- As a business development manager, you will be responsible for guiding partnership strategies, defining the right rules of engagement, and helping scale the value proposition of Starberry’s suite of services via the right set of partners.
- You will work closely with management, product marketing, content & production, among others, to deliver results. The Business Development team at Starberry is the team the company looks to when big, complex, strategic deals need to be negotiated and closed. We are a small, agile team looking for people with all levels of experience who are passionate about creativity, technology, deals, and business strategy. We love deal “closers” with backgrounds in creative & media agencies, creative production houses, digital marketing, platforms, and growth. If the traits below resonate, we should definitely talk.
*Responsibilities:
- Explore new business opportunities for Starberry & maintain/service existing clients
- Identify key business leaders and builds and maintains long-term relationships with client key influencers and buyers
- Proactively pursues business development opportunities cross-selling into existing clients across multiple roles and levels including but not limited to sales leadership, marketing leadership, sales operations and C-suite
- Work on pitches for new businesses
- Lead the development of a business strategy and plan for the growth of assigned accounts by maximizing efficiencies and identifying potential opportunities where Starberry can add significant value
- Builds credibility through an in-depth understanding of a client’s business, organization, external environment, and industry
- Meets overall renewal and growth goals assigned to them

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Excellent communication skill
- Fluent in English is a must
- Dynamic and Positive attitudes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
- 2-5 years of high-value, business-to-business, solution sales experience is required

- Highly driven, focused and committed with a proven track record of consistent sales achievements
