Mô tả công việc
• Identify Business opportunities for the growth of Ecocycle:
o Continuously monitor and analyse best practices, developments in the waste management (Alternative raw material, Alternative fuel, Local, regional and global, internal and external INSEE group, recycling, import/export) to identify business opportunities for INSEE Ecocycle
o Close collaboration with Value Chain Manager (Market business intelligent and business part)
• Conduct feasibility studies on new business opportunities and projects in waste management:
o Carry out feasibility studies for identified business opportunities which covering political, social, financial legal and commercial aspects
o Ensure necessary expert’s support from INSEE Vietnam, Regional, and external sources (NGOs, Government bodies) for feasibility studies
• Work on five years INSEE Ecocycle Business Plan and related Financial Plan
o Develop annually business plan for INSEE Ecocycle business along with the related Financial Plan
• Coordinate technical, legal, financial, support to Sales team in developing INSEE Ecocycle’s offers to customers for new waste management services:
o Provide expertise or to lead cross functional team for offer development activities of new services to customers for projects as assigned in close collaboration with Value Chain Manager
• Maintain relationship with local authorities & stakeholders to support Sales and operation activities:
o Develop a Lobby & Advocacy program & implement it to maintain good relationship with authorities
o Frequently communicate our activities to stakeholders to keep them engaged. Utilize their support to implement the new projects
• Full compliance of all (including new) INSEE Ecocycle services to INSEE OHS&E:
o Ensure relevant risk assessments and work instructions for responsible new INSEE Ecocycle services are completed before they are provided to customers
o Organize after action review (ARR) after projects completion for continuous improvement
• Monitor & control the approved budget:
o Review and plan for investment budget & development budget
o Monitor actual cost vs. approved budget.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree or above in Technical, Environmental technology, Business
• Working experience:
o Business project feasibility studies
o Experience with central and local government bodies, authorities, local and international NGOs
o Experience in environmental field as consultant, business development or sales management preferably related to construction/waste industry
