Business Development Manager

Be responsible for managing the follow Department’s functions:
• Channel Development: Plan, find, approach, negotiate and cooperate with various kinds of partners in order to promote the sales volume of MAFC’s products through their customer bases and their employees
• Product Development: Developing, launching and deploying lending products, as well as innovating the existing products in order to ensure the suitability and enhance the attractiveness to the market
• Marketing:
- Brand communication: plan and implement the brand communication plan in order to enhance the brand awareness of company.
- Digital marketing: Plan, implement, monitor and drive the achievement of sales target through digital marketing campaigns/ activities.
• Project Management: Oversees the planning, implementation, and monitor/control of projects assigned to Department. Schedule, plan, estimate and manage risks according to project timelines and budgets. Acting as the bridge between the customers and the development/operation teams and ensure customers’ expectations are well executed within budget and timeline.

• Recognized tertiary degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of Finance - Banking experience.
• Well-versed in regulatory, competition, and market landscape of unsecured loan and other forms of secured lending business.
• Track record in managing the P&L of a lending product.
• Good understanding of product funding, cost structure and profitability, and other building blocks of a unsecured lending business.
• Experience in product design and development with a good understanding of consumer demands for unsecured/secured lending.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with parties such as developers, agents, and dealers. Good knowledge of business sourcing.
• Knowledge of credit, operations and legal processes of unsecured loan business with secured lending is a plus.
• Excellent team management with scale is more than 50 staff.
• Highly motivated and energized individual.
• Communicates effectively verbally including excellent presentation skills and can communicate clearly in writing.
• Fluent English in both verbal and written.
