Mô tả công việc
** Market research & analysis:
- Update & analyze market trends of vacation property & hospitality industry (demand & supply, market conditions, competitors, etc.)
- Do research and provide comprehensible reports of specific projects
** Project sourcing: Maintain close contacts, communications and relationship with related partners & organizations (real estate developers, investors, governmental departments, etc.)
** Project Evaluation:
- Analyze and forecast the feasibility of sourced projects
- Communicate and negotiate with project partners
- Provide the advisory and evaluation reports of the projects
- Pre-feasibility analysis (with cash flow) / Coordination of project investment efficiency evaluation based on market research results:
- Project location analysis: SWOT analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the site from the market assessment of the geographic location, construction planning of the surrounding area as well as of the site, location of the project. , surrounding infrastructure, traffic axis, quality of services, facilities in the project.
- Selling strategy & sales speed can be achieved, time to sell, volume of apartments to sell, average price, competitive projects in the selling and cash flow, based on market analysis. Forecast of potential risks to the project.
- Use financial models to forecast expected returns of the project to help the Board understand the factors that affect the feasibility of the project.
- Responsible for implementation of feasibility study reports for real estate projects including internal rate of return, sensitivity analysis, forecasting of income and expenses, project cash flow and related expenses through financial model, etc.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Over 10 years above of related work experiences (real estate development & investment) (real estate development & investment, especially making Feasibility Study for residential project).
- Pre – Feasibility study skills
- Strong market research & analytical skills
- High ability of Microsoft office: Excel, Power Point…..
- Experience in Construction and real estate company is an advantage
- Good at English and communication skills
- Over 10 years above of related work experiences (real estate development & investment) (real estate development & investment, especially making Feasibility Study for residential project).
- Pre – Feasibility study skills
- Strong market research & analytical skills
