Job Purpose:
Plan, organize and direct the Business Development of eCommerce across all the company sales channels' acquisition and retention of business across all spheres of eCommerce. Ensure detailed study and understanding of customers' shipping requirements to provide highly customized express services, encompassing logistics and distribution services, to specifically identified customers
Overall goals:
• Gain market share in e-commerce across all of Vietnam
• Achieve revenue targets
• Timely and accurate reports
• Gain leadership position in the industry
• Establish a positive regulatory environment to support business growth
• Achieve revenue targets for all customers
• Provide customized solutions for selected customers
• Provide seamless services to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure appropriate internal communication

Skills / Qualifications
1. Key capabilities
Skills
- Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills (Communicate clearly and confidently on a one-to-one or group basis and comfortable to deal with top management)
- Analytical ability to apply broad concepts to resolve customer problems
- Highly Motivated
- Excellent Drive and Resilience
- Extended Network Knowledge
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Language of business practices are required: total quality management, supply chain management, progressive and regressive pricing, electronic commerce, profit value chain components, matrix management
2. Expected years of experience
- Proven track record in managing sales processes and people at multiple levels for a minimum of 5 years, at least 3 of which should be at a senior level
- Proven track record in working with sales teams
- Proven track record of leading change management projects and deploying and managing change in a multi-dimensional matrix environment
- Analytical ability to apply broad concepts to resolve customer problems
3. Educational Qualifications
- Diploma or Tertiary education in business, preferably with an MBA degree.
