Working in 3PL service provider and able to do following tasks:
- Accelerate business growth through new customers and development of existing customers in order to exceed sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements to design services solutions profitably but reasonably to customers.
- Cooperate with internal teams to work out the optimal logistics solutions for customers.
- Develop strong opportunity pipeline.
- Develop, build rapport and nurture long-term partnerships with the target accounts, company’s global capabilities into customer values for maintaining and continually expanding the account share.
- Organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business relationship.
- Manage orders, sales contracts, and original documentation.
- Utilize specific industry knowledge to diagnose supply chain needs.
- Participate in customer generated RFI, RFQ and RFP.
- Establish guidelines and standards and conduct implementation processes, customer SOP’s, reporting frequency and formats, design KPI’s for new accounts.
- Ensure pricing and services offered to all relevant accounts are in line with “best in class”.
- Enhance company’s position and personal expertise in the product segment through contacts with prospects, presence at fairs/exhibitions, as well as workshops and seminars.
- Promote other business development activities.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. EDUCATION
- Minimum bachelor degree in Logistics & Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
2. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
- Working experience on Third Party Logistics is preferable
3. LANGUAGE
English fluently
4. OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in making presentation slides
- Customer-focused with good business acumen
- Good leadership with ability to drive people development
- Adhere to the company’s policy on health and safety requirements
- Commercial knowledge on 3PL
- Strong financial, reporting and presentation skills
