Business Development Manager (BDM) – Greenhouse

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

The BDM will lead a small team of daily execution of projects. The BDM is instrumental in working with local farmers, government officials and EVN representatives on implementing agri-solar projects. The BDM position requires a strategic mindset with excellent communication and relationship management skills to drive deliverable execution. The BDM will be key in achieving targets set by the Director of Development.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Secure land lease agreement with local farmers
- Secure connection agreement and PPA with the local EVN companies
- Coordinate among internal departments (legal team, transaction team, technical advisors, etc.) and external contractors such as EPC partners throughout the progress of project development
- Develop and maintain good relationships with local farmers, government officials and EVN representatives etc. throughout the progress of project development
- Report directly to the Director of Development
- Support the Director of Development on planning, budgeting and targets

- Experience in dealing with local farmers to secure/purchase land usage rights
- At least 3 years of experience in working with government officials and/or EVN representatives
- Managerial level experience in commercial or operational functions (i.e. sales, marketing, business development etc.) - Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Result and success-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strategic, analytical and creative mindset
- Fluency in Vietnamese writing and speaking (English is a plus)
