As a leader in the market, Prudential is continuously focusing on Agency Distribution, the key distribution channel to continue unlock greater potential for growth. Agency Distribution Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external Strategic plan for business development and revenue growth of Agency Channel.
The incumbent of this job is responsible for providing, analyzing the market movement and competitor’s activities in order to have overall view about the market which can be used to drive to decision making and achieve sales target.
Responsibilities
1. Planning: Collaborate with Agency training delivery/General Agency Director/Leaders in planning sales & training activities in the assigned General Agency’s on monthly basis.
2. Execution: Deploy the planned sales & training activities in the assigned GENERAL AGENCY to achieve projected sales targets.
3. Supervision & Management: Supervise & manage sales performance in the assigned GENERAL AGENCY’s.
3. Training & Development: Train & develop the agency force including: Leaders & agents in accordance with the career path in the assigned GENERAL AGENCY’s.
4. Internal & external relationships: Maintain solid & effective collaboration
5. Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any)

experience working as sales supervisor/ team leader preferably in insurance, FCMG or foreign-invested financial companies
