Mô tả công việc
We are looking for Business Development for 02 persons with 02 separated roles:
Person 1: Sales support & Authorized Business Partner (ABP) Development:
Sales Support:
• Assist to implement advertising and promotional activities to promote our S.F. activities in the country
• Assist to maintain pricing structure, implement discount policies and approval process
• Assist to analyze sales figures and provide support for sales acquisitions
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs
• Conduct research on market rate from competitors and make in-depth pricing analysis and revenue management study for strategic business decisions
• Assist to communicate and co-ordinate projects with different departments. Complete ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisors
ABP Development:
• BP development and retention, pipeline development, new BP recruitment, and existing BP penetration
• Co-ordinate BP trainings and introduce sales kits
• Evaluate BP performance and sales target achievement
• Develop and implement local BP project (if applicable)
• Foundation duties include: risk management, contracting, and account receivable
• Responsible for the sales elevation of BP and behavior correction regarding branding and other regulations
• Responsible for local BP exit relating execution
• Assist local M&A project (if any) preparation and post-M&A consolidation tasks
• Conduct required market research
Person 2: Field Sales & Business Development
Responsible for exceeding sales targets. Support Sales & Marketing Department to explore new revenue streams, improve margin and support service enhancement
• Oversee commercial performance. Achieve country-specific sales revenue and profit targets: Allocate and hit sales targets assigned
• Uncover customers’ needs and understand customers’ shipping profiles. Manage current customers and develop new customers so as to support market development.
Guide and manage sales and marketing teams to explore customers’ needs and identify key customer groups. Prioritize resources to support service development and sales acquisitions
• Align sales and marketing strategies with Head Quarter Office. Fine-tune, formulate & implement sales and marketing programs to address local-specific requirements
Think creative and provide solutions to cope with local market situation
Work closely with HQ to align direction and derive corresponding sales & marketing programs
• Build and Develop High-performing sales and marketing team
Facilitate and support sales training / coaching programs. Develop performance-based culture
Regularly conduct sales audits
• Oversee and implement pricing policy, discount approval authority and timely maintenance rate setting
Work closely with HQ to review published tariffs, develop discount policies and approval authority
Oversee the maintenance of published tariffs, discount off setting in the system
• Work closely with HQ to formulate local-specific or implement HQ-led sales and marketing programs

Facilitate the implementation of HQ-led sales and marketing programs

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Commerce with major in Sales and Marketing related disciplines
• Over 3 years’ sales and marketing experience, experience in logistics or express delivery industry preferable
• Sound knowledge in account management, marketing communication, advertising and promotion essential
• Business acumen with proven record of achievements in sales and marketing
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, also good at Chinese will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Over 3 years’ sales and marketing experience, experience in logistics or express delivery industry preferable
