The purpose of the job
- Build and maintain fruitful partnerships with suppliers of lifestyle offers.
- Provide lifestyle offers and recommendations to customers.
- Contribute to brand development.
- Deal with related administrative matters when necessary.
- Assist the CEO whenever needed.
Main responsibilities
- Main function: Main action/responsibilities
- Conception: Participate in the analysis of customers‘ needs, customer servey and definition of relevant solutions
- Partners’ selection: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers of lifestyle offers.
- Negotiate the type of offers and partnership agreement.
- Customer Service: Provide lifestyle offers to customers.
- Accompany the customers in their experience with the offers.
- Deal with customer requests received via call or email and update of the Customer Relationship Management database.
- Contribute to develop Customer Service strategy.
- Contract management: Prepare the partnership agreements to be signed with the suppliers of lifestyle offers.
- Revenue management: Review and remind suppliers to settle commission payments on a monthly basis
- Support: Conduct other relevant tasks as per request of Line Manager, including administrative ones.
Decisions entitled to the job holder
- Choose which suppliers to propose to Line Manager to reach out
- Negotiate offers and partnership agreements
- Select best options to fulfil customer requests
- Propose actions to develop brand recognition
Decisions needed to be made in agreement with Line Manager
- Go or no-go with a supplier
- Strategy for approaching suppliers and negotiating commissions
- Collaboration with the suppliers for occasional events/promotions
- Delivery process of offered promotions to the right customers
- Attend certain meeting/events in other cities

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Professional qualification: Bachelor Degree in Business/ Communication/ Marketing or related areas
2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience
3. IT qualification: Microsoft office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Microsoft Office 365 collaborative apps (desirable)
4. Foreign language: English (Business Level)
5. Soft skills: Communication skill,negotiation skill, collaborating, organizing, project management
6. Attitude / substance: Can-do and proactive attitude, receptive to feedbacks
7. Other requirements: Hard working, willingness to travel
Elegant and professional presentation
Personal interest in delicate and tasteful consumer products.
