Mission:
• Develop & implement effective business plan (sales coverage and competency development) to support Brand Portfolio's mission & growth plan.
• Develop a strategy to recruit new distributors and resellers guided by effective territory management
• Develop and maintain a motivated distribution network to become market leaders in the Industrial and professional market segment
Job Description:
• Achieve sales target for the territory of all Vietnam & Cambodia
• Pursue sales lead, promote product and conclude order with professionalism.
• Liaise with internal colleagues to coordinate activities in executing sales order.
• Feedback and make report as per requirement by the General Manager on all sales related activities and market information
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with key distributors and customers.
• Primary objective is to sell equipment but also to be accountable for aftermarket issues which then are relayed to the aftermarket department. Single point of contact for customers and distributors
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time as per the General Manager’s instructions.
• Develop incentive scheme for distributors / resellers
• Define pricing & discount structures in conjunction with the General Manager
• Develop starter packs for new distributors / presentations & communication material
• Update Market Share on quarterly basis
• Maintain updated info regarding competition activities and pricing

1/ Requirements/Qualifications:
Proven track record of sales & marketing in industrial sales environment
2/ Knowledge:
Knowledge of Brand Portfolio product range is an advantage
3/ Computer literate
Good command of English is essential
Presentation Skill, Business Writing Skill, Negotiation Skill, Socializing Skill, Selling Skill
4/ Educational Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Marketing / Business
5/ Personality Requirements:
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and confident
Willing to travel
