Business Development Finance Manager (Night Shift)

Job Summary:
The Business Development Finance Manager (BDFM) is responsible for directly planning, managing, coordinating, allocating and controlling the financial resources and structure of the company’s Business Development Strategy in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, of International Financial Reporting Standards where applicable. The BDFM will directly report all BD financial and accounting matters to the COO and CEO.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal functions and performance for business strategy and entities to be set up
• Analyze and evaluate the financial situation of business development strategy of the company in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses and provide preventive measures.
• Participate in the development of the company's plans and programs as a strategic partner; advise the board of management on making all decisions related to finance and investment.
• Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the CEO and COO and the Board of Management in performing their responsibilities.
• Ensure and be responsible for the honesty and accuracy of all reports.
• Develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.
• Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
• Develop and implement internal systems for operating, commercial and financial information flows in cooperation with the headquarters.
• Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline.
• Continuously improve the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting department budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Finance, Economics, Accounting, etc.), Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of total experience with at least 2 years in management role.
• Excellent English, both of oral and written communication.
• Knowledge in US financial system and/or Healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication leadership, and collaboration skills, must have ability to influence without authority.
• Strong financial management, problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in managing teams globally is a strong plus.
• Ability to prepare financial report and statement regarding the financial status of the company.
• Ability to plan, manage, coordinate, allocate and control the financial resources and structure of the company safely and reasonably.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.


Special Working Condition: Monday to Friday 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM Viet Nam Time
