Business Development Executive (Water Filter)

Responsibility:
1. Develop new business opportunities through prospecting.
2. Develop, coordinate and implement marketing plans to maintain and increase exiting business and capture new opportunities.
3. Develop sales presentation, conduct seminars and participate in meetings with sales agent.
4. Develop projects for new and existing products (Water filter).
5. Responsible for competitors’ market intelligence and recommend action plans.
6. Continuously reviews feedback from sales agents, current sale system, SOP for continous improvement.
7. Participate in sales agents performance evaluation. (if any)
8. To execute any other job functions as assigned by superior
9. To prepare monthly performance/analysis report.

Requirements:
1. Work independently with minimum supervision.
2. Well groomed- neat & tidy.

Authorities:
1. Access to BLUEBERRY (sales agent database).
2. Approval to resolve sales agent complaint.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Business.
2. Minimum 3 years in sales/marketing/business development.
3. Possess experience in handling client/vendor.
4. Able to speak Vietnamese & English.

f. Computer literate – Microsoft Excel, Words & Power Point
