*Roles and Responsibilities
1) Open station:
- Identify, evaluate and negotiate suitable spaces for hubs and stations to achieve company’s expansion plan
- Set up and ensure operational readiness of hubs and stations
- Conduct hub training including system based training and operational training for staffs
- Establish seamless procedures to ensure hub operating at utmost efficiency
- Hire and guide a A-type team to run day-to-day operations of hubs and stations
- Develop operating budget for setting up of operational hubs and stations and maintain cost control as agreed by the management
- Engage and maintain strong relationship with vendors to procure operational equipments
- Resolve operational issues and identify opportunities to improve operational processes
- Develop and ensure proper reporting structure and systems
2) Manage station's operation:
- Manage delivery and pick-up operation of riders team in Southern (or Northern) provinces.
- Manage performance of all Station ICs (a designated person who manage a station) of Southern (or Northern) provinces
- Coordinate with other departments such as CS, PM to make attempts to delivery or pick-up parcels successfully.
- Provide coaching and training to your team of drivers; review and monitor performance of riders and station IC.
- Prepare weekly, monthly report on Station Operations.
- Monitor COD collection and bank submission of all Southern Station.
- Solve daily problems of Station Operation such as customer complaint, volume increasing over capacity, lost parcels…
- Monitor efficiency of Station Operation: costing and budgeting, utilization and capacity planning - Continuous improvement and enforcement of service quality.
- Assist the Expansion Manager with assigned projects/programs.

- Hanoi: 22C Thanh Cong, Ba Dinh district
Rank Salary: Negotiable

- Bachelor degree is referred
- Similar industrial experience of 2-5 years is preferred
- Good command in English
- Ability to work under pressure with can-do attitude
- Willingness to travel

- An owner mentality & detail oriented
- An effective time management professional with risk management skills
- A naturally curious individual with self-starter personality
