Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide good service to customer with fast feedback
- Find the way to secure new client as much as possible
- Understand SOP (standard operating procedure) of Air and Sea document handling + other process of custom clearance, trucking, long haul biz
- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customers’ needs.
- Follow-up on complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide customers feedback for continuous improvements.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Korean only.
- Knowledge of freight forwarder & logistics process
- Experienced in relevant position in 1-2 years.
- Fluent English
- Good sales skill with positive thinking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts.
- Decisive and able to analyze/resolve complex problems for customers.
- Able to work under pressure and handle high volume of work.
- Knowledge of freight forwarder & logistics process
- Experienced in relevant position in 1-2 years.
