Business Development Executive (Japanese N3)

Vietnamworks is distributing a Personality and Intelligence Test from Japan in Vietnam market.

We are looking for a promising Business Development Executive to support Vietnamworks team in external and internal aspects relating to selling and developing the product in Vietnam market.

*Your main tasks will be:
- Understand carefully and deeply about the product to become main person in charge of the test, including supporting Customers and Internal teams in consulting any matters related to this product.
- Cooperate with Sales team to sell the test in Vietnam and achieve KPI target.
- Work with other department (including Japan team) to operate, promote and develop the test, as well as planning for it.
- Keep in contact with Product team in Japan for product logistics flow (ordering the service, suggestions for service improvements, etc.)
- Support customers to use Test services conveniently and effectively. Answer customers’ concerns and questions when using the product.
- Assist to consult matters related to this product to internal departments (Sales team, HR team, etc.)
- Collect and analyze customer’s feedback, to plan for improving product’s performance at Vietnam market.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Economics job positions.
- N3 in Japanese or equivalent is required
