A- JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY:
Support business development activities in Vietnam as required and directed by Business Development Manager
B- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- New Business Development: Assist to build and increase referral sources to generate new business and grow the sales lead pipeline in the preferred market segments as well as support to formalize closed deals such as bilingual contract update from existing templates to new ones and contract terms review with existing clients
- Business Communication: Assist to connect with key stakeholders of business units with regards to new business leads
- Marketing Assistance: Assist to participate and/or organize business events, content preparation and social media communication
- Business Relationships: Assist to engage relationships with prospects and industry bodies and to maintain pleasant relationships with clients
- Market Analysis: Analyze Vietnam market in terms of customers, market segments, and competitors relating to the core business. Prepare reports and recommendations to Business Development Manager
- Customer Database: Assist in gathering, analyzing and understanding customer data for supporting solution designs then present data in an appropriate format
- RFQ/Data Review: Study key elements of customer requirements through RFQ and data review.
- Solution Design: Assist solution design process to meets customer requirements and operational capability
- Processes: Assist to review and suggest internal processes to improve business development performance. Standardize processes where possible and ensure compliance.
- Commercial Proposal Preparation: Assist to prepare commercial proposals to prospects
- Account Management: Appropriately assist to manage existing customers to ensure customer stability and retention

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good communication and interpersonal skill with an existing business network in Vietnam
- Good background in solution design in warehousing and transport, preferably for global 3PL
- Bachelor degree is preferred with 3-5 year experience in relevant position with passion for contract logistics
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese language for business activities
- Computer literacy: G Suite and MS
- Possess wide knowledge of logistics industry and customers
- Good analytical skill
- Detail oriented and calm at work
- Good background in solution design in warehousing and transport, preferably for global 3PL
- Bachelor degree is preferred with 3-5 year experience in relevant position with passion for contract logistics
