Our client is a creative digital company specialized in IT Tailored Business Solutions. We pride ourselves for gathering high quality experienced software engineers and expats from France, USA, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Malaysia and Singapore, with various experiences in IT projects and business fields. We are currently providing 4 main services:
- Software Development
- Dedicated Resources
- Business Consulting
- Software Distribution
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success;
- Develop positive relationships with clients;
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs;
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks;
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner;
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase;
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions;
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives;
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts);
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor degree in sales, marketing or relevant field.
EXPERIENCE
- +2 years of experience in sales or business development;
- +1 year of experience in the IT industry.
SKILLS
- Knowledge of CRM software (i.e. Hubspot) and Google G Suite;
- Understanding of sales performance metrics;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- An ability to deliver and answer inquiries on time;
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude;
- Good English skills (TOEIC 750 or IELTS 7.0), French is a plus but not mandatory.
