JOB SCOPE
The primary scope of this role is to assist Associate Director to drive insurance brokerage revenue growth in all product lines and develop a clear go-to-market strategy to achieve revenue growth target of insurance products.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:
• Work closely with the Manager in sales planning, the formulation and implementation of strategies to obtain new business of all lines;
• Generate new business leads in line with the agreed strategies. Regular tasks include making cold calls to prospective clients, following up on referrals and mailing of sales packages;
• Contact insurers and negotiate with them to obtain the best value for the clients’ premium spent;
• Follow up with prospective clients, prepare proposals and obtain quotations as required and close the business;
• Work closely with the non-sales teams to develop new and additional business opportunities with existing clients;
• Comply with sales non-negotiable KPI and ensure LMP to be produced and updated as required by the company;
• Work with the Manager to resolve any problem issues on new clients;
• Maintain close business relationship with the clients and the underwriters;
• Exit interviews are conducted when on unsuccessful tenders particularly for large prospects;
• Prepare reports and other documents required for sales control purposes.

• Visit detailed stores daily and prepare training for customers’ staffs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Education : Bachelor/Master of Business, Insurance Diploma/Associate is a plus
* Experience : Min. 2 years sales experiences in the insurance industry or other industries
* Others: Fluent English communication and writing
