We are working with a world leading company in the Logistics Industry to hire a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive/Manager to join their Vietnam Office. He will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieve sales target and increase market share
- Actively prospect sales leads and secure potential new clients
- Develop and nurture strong client contacts and positive relationships with clients
- Ensure successful sales retention by proactively forging strong relationship with clients
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve success and retain existing customer
- Develop a strategic approach to provide solutions to customers
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in any discplines
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in logistics industry
- Good knowledge in Freight Forwarding and/or Supply Chain Management
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in English
- Good presentation skills and negotiation skills
- Result orientated, team player, sales driven and self-motivated
- Responsible to achieve sales target and increase market share
