Business Development Executive - 500$-700$/month

- Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements.
- Effectively communicate with prospects/clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication;
- Handle correspondence related to all selling activities;
- Keep abreast of competitor activities and recommend any necessary action’ plans;
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Liaise with other members of Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase team efficiency and develop new business proposals;
- Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by BD Manager and Branch Manager; and
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Candidate has 2 year experiences in Services Field including Properties/Facility Management Services, Food, Cleaning or Maintenance Services;
- Able to communicate and converse effectively with senior people in order to gain trust and confidence;
- Strong presenter and negotiator;
- Teamwork spirit and skill;
- Creative sales approach;
- Hard working and result-oriented candidate.
