Business Development Director (Urgent - High Salary)

We are recruiting Business Development Director for micro-lending, micro-investment. The position is reporting to BOD. The job holders shall be expected to be engaged with both high level negotiation and hands-on execution, helping CEO to manage developing and leading Forex micro-lending strategic channel partnership initiatives. You will work closely with the Executive team and various team leaders to identify and develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with companies that have strategically compatible areas of expertise:

• Identify potential channel partners who are strategically well-positioned to accelerate Forex micro-lending growth and develop strong, long-term partnerships with relevant parties at these companies.
• Collaborate with the Executive team to build and maintain a pipeline of relationships with potential partners, taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages.
• Close partnership agreements while properly balancing goals, speed, and economic potential.
• Evaluate the financial and non-financial benefits and risks of new partnerships.
• Take primary responsibility for the execution and integration of new partnerships.
• Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing those solutions.
• Collaborate with regional and local team members to make exceptional partnership collateral.

We are looking for someone who hustles and bustles with us:
- Strong partnership experience: Can handle a partnership from introduction meeting to integration / roll out. Keen on and follow up all information from clients. Can work independently and as a team.
- Smart, confident and strong communication skills: Familiar with new models, quickly understand and can explain a product from A-Z on both presentation and face to face meetings (in both English and Vietnamese). Fearless, adaptive and quickly follow up are key attributes.
- Highly commitment and hands-on experience: Our team needs strong individuals who can promote good working attitude by get-things-done by both his/herself and with the team. So he/she must be very hand-on, such as creating plan, presentation by him/herself, doing all required work independently and actively, deadline commitment.
- Cross-region experience: We operate both in Hanoi and HCMC, other big cities in Vietnam and potentially regionally, so the candidate will be required to travel a lot across cities.
- Background: We need a person who can talk both financial language and work with e-commerce, ride hailing, e-wallets, POS, etc... So the background of partnership from banks / capital / fund companies, or director/head/manager partnership in e-commerce, e-wallets, integration companies would be a must.

SALARY: $40,000++/year + commission
